One title was never going to cover it.
That’s the point.
The work moves across management, books, cinema, culture, public dialogue, and human development. The thread isn’t achievement. It’s contribution.
In brief.
Dr Ajayya Kumar, affectionately known as Ajay, is a UAE-based Indian corporate leader, management thinker, entrepreneur, strategist, business advisor, mentor, author, art and culture patron, and film producer. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of Emircom, a technology-integration company operating across the GCC. Born in Kerala, India, and based in Abu Dhabi, his work spans corporate leadership, institution-building, entrepreneurship, education, human development, culture, social impact and creative enterprise.
Building on his existing ECOSOC-related United Nations engagement, Dr Ajayya was appointed in 2026 as Representative Ambassador of the Pan-African Intergovernmental Agency for Water and Sanitation for Africa to West Asia, and as Advisor for Projects and Humanitarian Affairs to its Permanent Observer Mission to the United Nations in New York. These responsibilities extend his work into international development and multilateral cooperation, with a focus on humanitarian initiatives, institutional partnerships, water security, sanitation and sustainable development across Africa and West Asia.
In the same year, he was accorded the title of His Excellency, recognised as a Commander of the Most Excellent Order of International Experts (COIE) for his work in curatorial practice and business management, and conferred an honorary Doctor of Philosophy by CICA International University and Seminary, New York. He was also selected to serve on the Strategic Leadership and Guidance Advisory Committee supporting the Central Board of Secondary Education’s fourth National Summit on Facilitating School-to-Work Transition and related skill-education initiatives.
Dr Ajayya’s first feature-film production, Sarvam Maya, produced with Rajeev Menon under Firefly Films, grossed more than ₹150 crore worldwide and was named Best Popular Film at the 49th Kerala Film Critics Awards. Through the Sarvamangala Arts Initiative, Sarvamangala Trust and Sarvamangala Productions, he also supports Indian classical and traditional arts, cultural preservation and culturally rooted storytelling, including through the Peruvanam International Village Festival.
He has authored eight books, three of which have been listed as Amazon bestsellers, including titles in the Business Gita series and Zero to Success in 369 Days. His Success369 Theory explores how clarity, alignment and consistent action can support sustainable achievement. His distinctions include the Economic Times Global Leaders Award 2025 for Excellence in Management, Arts and Literature and recognition among the Most Influential Authors to Watch Out For, 2023. His 2021 TEDxKalamassery talk, Importance of Solitude in Entrepreneurship, has recorded more than one million views, and his work and journey have been featured by Forbes India, CIO Today and Outlook.
Across his varied roles, Dr Ajayya continues to bring together people, institutions and ideas to build platforms, partnerships and initiatives capable of creating meaningful and lasting impact.

Where the work began.
The Foundation began with a private promise: to use what was inherited in a way that mattered beyond the self. That promise became a way of working.
Build slowly. Support seriously. Let the work serve people who may never have access to the room otherwise.
Everything else — the books, the films, the platforms, the programmes — followed from that one promise.
The meaning behind the name.
अजय्य · അജയ്യ
In Sanskrit, Ajayya / अजय्य means unconquerable — one who cannot be defeated. In Malayalam, അജയ്യ carries the same meaning.
It has never meant conquest over anyone — but inner strength: the strength to keep building, the steadiness to carry responsibility, the resilience to stay with hard work long after attention has moved elsewhere.
Across foundations, founders, culture, cinema, parenting, and public dialogue, the work carries the same quality: not loud victory, but enduring contribution.
